As our newest sales representative you will sell, market and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.
Our office offers a friendly, supportive work environment.
We celebrate and uplift all the members on our team as we work together to accomplish agency goals.
Responsibilities:
No cold calling- leads provided.
Meet new business production goals and objectives established.
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presenations and close sales.
Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and goals.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
Requirements:
Property & Casualty License required.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, postiive and enthusiastic attitude.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Must be highly self-movtivated.
