We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental practice.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and other dental professionals to deliver high-quality dental services to our patients.
Experience with Invisalign and the itero digital scanner is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Dentist:
Provide chairside assistance to dentist during dental procedures, including but not limited to restorative, endodontic, periodontic, and surgical procedures.
Preparing Treatment Rooms:
Ensure treatment rooms are set up and stocked with necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies prior to patient appointments.
Sterilization and Infection Control:
Follow strict protocols for sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with infection control guidelines and regulations.
Patient Care:
Greet and prepare patients for treatment, including obtaining dental records, taking vital signs, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Taking Impressions and X-Rays:
Assist with taking dental impressions and X-rays as required by dentist, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
Educating Patients:
Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions, post-operative care information, and other relevant educational materials to promote good oral health practices.
Requirements:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certification:
Must be a registered dental assistant with current certification in accordance with state regulations.
X-Ray Certification:
Possess a valid certification to take dental X-rays.
Knowledge of Dental Procedures:
Familiarity with a wide range of dental procedures and terminology.
Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
Team Player:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience working as a dental assistant in a dental practice.
CPR Certification:
Current certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Knowledge of Dental Software:
Experience with dental practice management software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records (open dental) Hours:
Monday, Tuesday 9-6 Wednesday 10-7 Rotating every other Thursday and Saturday.
Thursdays 9-6 and Saturdays 9-2 Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
